Personal development program
Belink Academy offers personal development program to new comers. We are specialized in soft skills such as effective communication, self-confident, conflict management, team work, problem solving and personal leadership. Our trainings are practical and based on personal experience of our experts. We work with ex-refugees who understands the hardship of integration and finding your way in the Dutch society.
We have trained more than 100 new comers, with excellent results as majority of them have found a suitable job or started education.
